====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to personal grudge. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with motorcycle in question. Moreover, charge sheet has been submitted against this petitioner. He is in custody since 12.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61006 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018.
