Mr.Subhash Chandra Mishra (Sc16) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is payment of arrears of difference of salary of her late husband.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of petitioner was appointed on sanctioned post of Adeshpal on 10.11.75. He died on 31.12.2012.
Learned counsel submits that husband of the petitioner was not paid difference of arrears of salary for the period 1981-82 to 2012-13.
Without going into the factual matrix of the case, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15821 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to verify the record and on verification of record, if it is found that difference of arrears of salary is admissible to the husband of the petitioner and the same was not paid, the University shall ensure payment of the same to this petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
