This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 155 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the allegations against these petitioners are general and omnibus and there is case and counter case from both the sides, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
