JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant, his family members and snatching of a bicycle and Rs. 2500/-.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The injuries, which are said to have been caused by the petitioner, are simple in nature. It is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioner and informant are said to be Gotias.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24839 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no. 125/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
