The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 218/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, on the date of occurrence informant saw two persons were running away from the back door of his house along with his black coloured bag. The informant raised alarm and ran towards them. He apprehended one of them, who disclosed his name as petitioner. The other person succeeded in running away with bag, containing documents and Rs. 1 lack.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
