JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be withdrawing the present modification application with a liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application in view of the fact that in paragraph 3 of the bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 14867 of 2025 only one criminal antecedent was disclosed, however, the petitioner carries two criminal antecedents.

2. In view of such submissions, the permission is accorded.

3. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking anticipatory bail.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58428 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 that the certified copies of the FIR as well as the impugned order are part of the original bail application, i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 14867 of 2025 and the petitioner be allowed to utilize the same.

5. The permission is accorded.

6. The office is directed to let the petitioner use the certified copies, which were filed along with Cr. Misc. No. 14867 of 2025.
