Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence is against unknown. Similarly situated co-accused Gajo Sharma has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.09.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11279 of 2011 (Annexure-2) and co-accused Pradeep Sharma has been granted bail by the learned court below itself vide order dated 04.03.2011 passed in Bail Application No. 154/11 .

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
