The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 215 of 2006 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2019. He further submits that petitioner was earlier granted provisional bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd, Patna with condition to keep his wife with full honor and dignity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity.

No.48135 of 2019(2) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, District Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 215 of 2006. The Court below after releasing the petitioner shall refer the dispute between parties to District Mediation Center so that the dispute between husband and wife may be settled.
