JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but the impugned order goes to show that on the basis of information given by spy of the police, two stolen she-buffaloes and one calf were recovered from a hut and petitioners were caught, while they were fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.Case 145 of 2016.
