The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 26.03.2021, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019 the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the contents of the modification application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62865 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31814 of 2020, is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
