1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. There is no specific allegation against her. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52978 of 2023(3) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
