The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/379/386/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged on resisting the protest being made by the accused for cultivating the land by informant side the accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21277 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/3 assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner no.4 Mukesh Sahni pointed country made pistol on temple of the informant, petitioner no.2 Raj Kumar Sahni tried to obtain signature of the informant on blank paper whereas petitioner no.1 and co accused Hari Shankar Sahni and Vinod Sahni tried to strangulate the son of the informant, as a result, he fell down and, thereafter, the informant due to fear put signature on the blank paper. It is alleged against co-accused Jailal Sahni that he took away Rs. 2500/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled in the background of claim and counter claim by the petitioners and the informant against the same land. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 21.12.2014, the FIR has been lodged on 23.12.2014 and there is no injury report of the informant on record. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that there is no injury report of the informant on record, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two

No.21277 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 3/3 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkolia (Banjaria) P.S.
