2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-303(2) of the B.N.S.

3. Allegedly, the informant went to attend the Baraat of one Sheo Shankar Sah by Bolero car. He parked the said car and when after 30 minutes, he returned, his Bolera Car was found missing.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and except confessional statement of coaccused, Sanjay Sah, there is nothing against the petitioner. His

He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Anil Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 48008 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025.
