ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 29.10.2004 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in SC/ST Minorities P.S. case No.23 of 2002. It has been submitted that the Informant in fact had compromised the matter out of the Court but the proceeding is still going on.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to file an application in the Court below, which shall notice the Informant and enquire as to whether she wishes to proceed with the present prosecution. If not, the proceeding shall stand dropped.
