Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 9, 10, 13, 16, 18, 20 and 21 of the U.A. P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion merely because petitioner is also resident of the same village. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61070 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018.
