JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No. 516 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of firing against this petitioner. In the written report it is alleged that informant saw that Arun Yadav and his son Bhaskar Yadav (petitioner) were making firing from the roof of their house. It is further alleged that informant sustained firearm injury in his hand. The Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that injury found on the hand of the informant was simple in

Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.
