JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 113 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from a hut, situated in orchard of Kanhai Yadav, who happens to be father of the petitioner, and at the time of recovery, the villagers told that the aforesaid bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were brought by the co-accused Kanhai Yadav, Sunil Yadav and the petitioner Pappu Yadav. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 7.8.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S.Case No. 214 of 2016.
