Petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 243 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 4 liters of illegal wine.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
