Petitioner is accused in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered under Sections 411, 414 and 401 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Arun Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 57149 of 2018 on 20.09.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
