Petitioner seeks bail in Thakurganj P.S. Case No.78 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady.

There is general and omnibus allegation in the written report that informant saw this petitioner with other accused persons hanging his brother, Sufed Akhtar, after killing. Petitioner is in custody since16.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63176 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No.78 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
