Petitioner who happens to be a teacher was entrusted to Rs. 6,33,000/- for construction of the building which he misappropriated. From the order impugned, it is evident that the amount has already been deposited. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 11.09.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Dhiraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha PS Case No. 08/2016, G.R. No. 117/2016.
