JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC.
Prosecution story is that police received an information that a truck in a suspicious condition and on enquiry, the police came to know that the said truck was standing there since 18.03.2019 and one Pintu Kumar is in process to sell the truck by showing himself as owner. On that, police came, on seeing the police party, Pintu Kumar trying to fled away from the spot, but he was arrested. Said Pintu Kumar stayed at the house of the petitioner, who is maternal uncle. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the fact that Pintu stayed his house, there is nothing

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nawada, in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S.
