The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.540 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 353 and 383 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused persons, namely, Md. Haroon, Saifullah @ @ Md. Shaifullah, Md. Bhallu @ Karimullah @ Md. Karimullah, Pralayankar Singh @ Gabbar Singh @ Pralayankar Kumar, Naresh Paswan @ Naresh Prasad Paswan, Md. Rizwan @ Rizwan Sagar Ali, Pappu Yadav @ Manoj Kumar, Minnat Khan @ Minnatullah and Hasan Raja @ Husnu @ Husan Raja @ Husna Raja; and Sukdev Paswan @ Sukhdev

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9707 of 2021(4) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Paswan @ Shukdev Paswan, Nageshwar Yadav, Vinod Paswan and Niranjan Kumar Singh @ Niranjan Singh have been granted anticipatory bail vide orders dated 13.09.2019 and 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 58032 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 81223 of 2019, respectively.

For the reasons stated in the orders dated 13.09.2019 and 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 58032 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 81223 of 2019, respectively, the application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.540 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
