2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201 of the IPC.

3. The FIR has been registered on the basis of an anonymous letter wherein it has been mentioned that co-accused Mukesh Yadav, who is father of the deceased Sonali Kumari and other accused persons, committed murder of the deceased. The father of the deceased, co-accused Mukesh Yadav was arrested who disclosed that the deceased was his daughter. She appeared in matric examination but her papers were not up-to-the mark. Her father Mukesh Yadav slightly scolded her for not doing well

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The FIR itself shows that he is not the abettor of suicide. The petitioner is cousin brother of co-accused Mukesh Yadav and he is under custody since 22.05.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
