2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner has participated of committing dacoity in two trucks after assaulting the drivers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 15.05.2023. He further submits that petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 54678 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M- IV, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023.

6. Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he deposits Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Only) in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Muzaffarpur and produces the receipt of the same and after verifying the genuineness of the receipt the petitioner shall be released.
