The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.147 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 366-A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Considering the fact that the alleged victim has been found to be major in her medical examination and she has given statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she married with the petitioner on her own volition, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
