The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 427, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7641 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 no specific allegation against the petitioners and they can only be taken as members of crowd assembled there.
Considering the fact that other similarly situated coaccused namely Md. Tabrej and Md. Haider Ali have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cri. Misc. no. 6060/15 and Cri. Misc. No. 8887/2015 respectively by a Bench of this Court, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. Pradip Kumar Chaudhary, judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Bihariganj P.S. case No. 169 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
