JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.4.2023, passed in CWJC No. 10524 of 2022, the District Magistrate, Patna has already disposed off the application of the petitioner, vide order dated 25.8.2023 and the arms license of the petitioner has been renewed, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with. 2.
This Court finds that neither any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to rebut the aforesaid contention put forth by the learned counsel for the opposite parties nor there is any representation on the part of the petitioner, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 28.4.2023, passed in
Patna High Court MJC No.2200 of 2023(4) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 CWJC No. 10524 of 2022 has stood complied with. Thus, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
