The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 2,50,000/- from her but the petitioner returned only Rs.26,000/-. It is submitted that the petitioner has already paid Rs. 1,66,000/- and the petitioner is ready to make payment of the remaining amount within two months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14974 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 246/2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 3458/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
