JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 457, 325 and 354/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018. The Prosecutrix has taken loan of Rs.13,500/- from the petitioner and when the petitioner made demand of the aforesaid money, the instant case has been filed. There is no injury on the person of the informant. In the written report the allegation against the petitioner is that he abused the informant by calling her bad name and also assaulted on her knee with iron rod. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S.
