Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61160 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018.
