Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj P.S.Case No. 597 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught with apparatus used in committing theft or loot.

It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 18.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62637 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 597 of 2021.
