This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is the member of the mob which killed the deceased.
Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the petitioner has participated in the occurrence and therefore, he does not deserve anticipatory bail. Considering the fact that the petitioner is 77 years

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur (Patna), in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
