Petitioner in the present case has questioned his transfer as contained in Memo No. 1336 dated 30.06.2022 issued by respondent no. 3 by which he has been transferred from the office of Examination Controller, Patna to Women Industrial Training Institute, Jehanabad.

In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner was posted in the office of Examination Controller, Patna for a period little more than three years after his posting there vide Annexure '1' to the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13701 of 2022(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that one Sri Ram Babu has been posted at the vkS|ksfxd izf"k{k.k laLFkku, Patna City, Patna and has been deputed in the office of the Examination Controller, Patna. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4. It is stated that the petitioner has been transferred in the office of Women Industrial Training Institute, Jehanabad after a lapse of three years and being satisfied with the same, the petitioner submitted his joining. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State, this Court finds substance in the submission of learned counsel for the State. It is evident from the records that the petitioner has been transferred only after completion of his period of three years in the office of Examination Controller, Patna and he joined at the transferred place, and two months thereafter he filed this writ application.

This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of transfer.

This writ application has no merit, it is dismissed accordingly.
