2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-X,
