2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amas P.S Case No. 167 of 2025 from the Court of learned registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338 of BNS.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is alleged that petitioner has stolen the bike.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.05.2025 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and case diary, it appears that petitioner is arrested on the spot with motorcycle in question and he could not produced valid paper of said motorcycle. It further came into light that its original owner is Kajal Kumari whose motorcycle has been stolen two moths before.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, materials available on records and submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for regular bail before trial court after completion of period of six months of custody. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
