2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 130.56 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedents and he is in custody since 05.06.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. & Sessions Judge-2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024.
