The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners and others assaulted the informant, his brother and mother and snatched Rs. 1,000/- from the pocket of the informant and a silver chain from his mother.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26782 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
