Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 323/379/494/498A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the informant Anita Devi. The marriage was solemnized in the year 1990 and the F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2016 with allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
