Petitioner, Sushila Devi, is in custody since 18.07.2016 in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the petitioner, namely, Gauri Shankar Giri has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15874 of 2016. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is mother-in-law and also that the father-in-law has already been granted bail, as foresaid, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015.
