====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 400, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the actual possession of the petitioners. Charge sheet have been submitted in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 12.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61253 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018.
