Patna High Court CWJC No.13690 of 2022(3) dt.19-04-2023 2/3 taking money from the other persons so that work may be completed but in spite of all the representation filed and demand made by the concerned authority something has been paid to the petitioner but large amount is still not paid to the petitioner amounting to about Twenty Two Lakhs Twelve thousand and Fifty Seven thousand due to the petitioner but in spite of all the representation filed by the petitioner the admissible amount not paid and same be paid 12% interest for which direction may be given."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad by filing appropriate representation and in case such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad shall conduct an enquiry and adjudicate upon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13690 of 2022(3) dt.19-04-2023 3/3 dispute in question by passing a reasoned and a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
