Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gogari P.S. Case No. 286 of 2020 (G.R. No. 2265 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9666 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named. The petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are said to have assaulted the brother of the informant, on a trivial issue, which caused simple injury.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 286 of 2020 (G.R. No.2265 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
