Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out, by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No.14 of 2018 arising out of Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. case No.84 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge IVth, Buxar. The earlier bail applications of the petitioner were rejected vide Annexures 1 and 1/1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the assailant. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8764 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 reported that the case has been fixed for argument. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
