The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2011 registered under Sections 384, 385 andc 124(B) of the Indian Penal Code. From the case diary, it is apparent that petitioner has been shown to be absconder and charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. However, if the petitioner may surrender and prays for regular bail then it shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order.
