Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that he as well as some others were arrested in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case no. 173/2014 and looted truck of the present case was recovered. Moreover, it is informed that co-accused Mithilesh Yadav, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42292/2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
