Petitioner is accused in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 registered under Sections 263 and 366/34 of the I.P.C.

It appears that on consideration of the F.I.R. as well as statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., co-accused Ajay Yadav has ready been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24325 of 2015 on 09.09.2015. There is no dispute that allegation against the petitioner is similar to Ajay Yadav.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40782 of 2016 (4) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014.
