2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.1022 of 2022, arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.35 of 2022 lodged dated 15.01.2022 under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68453 of 2023 with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has not been framed in this case. He further submits
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54860 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 that the petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage and there is direct allegation of murder as confessed by the accused persons.
5. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby refused.
