JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2025 Heard Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Raj Kishor Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.

3. Learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner, if any filed, on the same day considering that two co-accused namely Shiv Kumar and Pravin Kumar have already been released on regular bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52926 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 No. 17 of 2020 vide order dated 08.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31536 of 2020 and order dated 29.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16522 of 2021 respectively. Record also reveals that no material has been collected in course of investigation against the petitioner.

4. The bail application stands disposed of.
