This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The co-accused, Md. Tanzim Khan, from whose possession a country made loaded pistol was recovered and coaccused, Md. Firoz, from whose possession live cartridges were recovered, have already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20720 of 2015 on 17.06.2015. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of Md. Tanzim Khan, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 667 of 2016 arising out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
